May 2007 - The Physicians of Piedmont Clinic have made a one-time donation of $50,000 to the Fayette Care Clinic. We want to acknowledge our appreciation of the fine work that your organization has been doing and wish to support your continuing efforts to meet the special needs of our community. The work of the Fayette Care Clinic has inspired the Piedmont physicians and they have determined that a financial grant could be of help to you.

July 2007 New

The Community Foundation has awarded a $20,000 grant to our Clinic.

Clothes Less Traveled Thrift Shop, Inc. has awarded a grant to FCC for $18,000, to be paid in quarterly increments of $4,500. This grant is to be used for the rent of the building for the year 2007.

South Metro Dental Study Club awarded FCC $2,000 for dental equipment.

Fayette Day Break Rotary Club provided $2,500 to FCC towards the cost of the dental x-ray machine. Fayette Day Break and its members provide 90% of the meals provided to feed the volunteers on Tuesday evenings. Members of the Fayette Day Break Rotary Club volunteer their time each week to check in and out patients on Wednesday during clinic hours. If not for these volunteers the clinic would not have been open on Wednesday.

St. Matthew Catholic Church donated $1,250. During the 2007 Lenten Season, the parishioners elected to made sacrificial offerings to various charities and our clinic was fortunate to be one of them.

Dogwood Church, Inc. has donated $1,563 and two of their members, Mr. & Mrs. David Coppage donated $20.00 and Roberta J. Herman donated $20.00.
