Sponsorship Programs
Because we
depend on public and private donations - financial, equipment
and services - are vital to the success of the clinic. A
501(c)3 organization, the Fayette CARE Clinic is seeking
the support of all Fayette County. Already, our local health
care community has committed hours of volunteer medical and
dental care to our patients. Outpatient procedures such as
laboratory tests and radiology services are being donated by
Piedmont-Fayette Community Hospital, while surgical and various
community and hospital programs are supporting specialty
services.
The following
Sponsorship Programs have been created as a donation
guide and to recognize those who support the Clinic. Any and all
donations will be accepted and very much appreciated. This
guide is only intended to provided a means of identifying
possible donation levels.

Grants provided by foundations and
other private sources are recognized for their monetary value and

Certainly, the Fayette CARE Clinic
