About Our Clinic

Fayette Care Clinic opened our doors for patients on May 1, 2006 one evening a week providing medical services only.  We have grown significantly and now provide medical, dental, vision, physical therapy, patient education and referrals.

 Fayette Care Clinic partners with Piedmont Fayette Hospital which provides labs and mammogram testing for our patients and OutPatient Imaging (OPI) for radiology services.  More and more of our patients need services not provided in the clinic and we refer to other specialty partners for assistances when possible.

 Fayette Care Clinic is a member of Georgia Free Clinic Network and Volunteers in Medicine.  Both organizations provide advisory support to clinic in Georgia as well as national.
